Welcome to Walk Through Wednesday.   I am continuing my tour of the Light and Lively House.  Today I am featuring the kitchen and dining room.  This kitchen is not only beautiful but very functional.

I love this handy spice cabinet pull out.  There was one on each side of the stove top.  I also love the handy pot filler.

Isn’t this the greatest idea?  I would feel like the most organized mom in the world with this slide out pot and pan cabinet.

I love these stainless steel bar stools.  They are modern yet classic.  The add a little sparkle and elegance to a very hard-working space.

Love this grouping of candles on the dining room table.

Welcome to Walk Through Wednesday.  Today I am starting a new home series.  I am calling this home the Light and Lively House.  It is actually called The Phoenix by Silverhawk Enterprises.  It was house number twenty-two in the 2012 Salt Lake City Parade of Homes.

I am starting this tour with the living room.  It is one of the more unusual living rooms I have ever seen.  I am not saying that in a bad way.  I treasure the unusual.  It makes life much more interesting. Don’t you think?

I just had to include this close up of the lovely detailing on the couch.  The incredible eye for detail belongs to Maryann Matheson who was the interior designer for this home.

Thanks so much for joining me.  Happy Wednesday!

It’s contest time again over at Olioboard.  This round of contests includes a “Design a Summer Loft” challenge.  The above design board is what I came up with.  I thought the citrus prints just shout Summer!  That was the jumping off point for the rest of the room.  If you would like more information on any of the furnishings or accessories, please click here

Thank you for joining me for Moodbaord Monday!

Hello and welcome to Walk Through Wednesday.  Today I am sharing a few of the bedrooms from a model home in the 2012 Salt Lake City Parade of Homes.  This is the Alexandra model by Richmond America Homes

I thought these bedrooms were a really excellent example of flow.  The same colors are in each room which helps unify them but there is a different paint treatment in each room.  The ratios of the colors are also different in each room.  Each room has a personality of its own but still fits into the overall scheme.

Hope you found something to inspire you.  Have a wonderful day!
