A Beautiful Backsplash

     I spotted this backsplash at Ikea.  I love the colors and the texture.  I think it could easily be contemporary or rustic.  I could see this backsplash working with almost any cabinet finish. 

     I think this would be divine with a honed black granite or soapstone countertop, or maybe even a butcherblock countertop (hint, hint Honey :-) ).

    This is lovely. It reminds me of the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. My father was an architect, and he loved this look. I’m afraid that I lived with this style for too many years as a young girl.
